The LM193 series consists of two independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2.0mV max. for two comparators which were designed specifically to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltag

supplies Â±1.0VDC, to Â±18VDC
â€¢ Very low supply current drain (0.8mA) independent of supply
voltage (2.0mW/comparator at 5.0VDC)
â€¢ Low input biasing current 25nA
â€¢ Low input offset current Â±5nA and offset voltage Â±2mV
â€¢ Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
â€¢ Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
â€¢ Low output 250mV at 4mA saturation voltage
â€¢ Output voltage compatible with TTL, DTL, ECL, MOS and CMOS
logic systemses.
