The Maxim Integrated DS1213D is a DIP smart socket with built-in CMOS controller circuitry that is energy efficient, safe and convenient. As a smart socket, the DS1213D can accept 32K x 8 or 128K x 8 JEDEC bytewide CMOS static RAM.
