Analog Devices DS1312S-2+T&R is a non-volatile controller that solves the application problem of converting CMOS RAM into non-volatile memory. The DS1312S-2+T&R has a variety of features, including support for battery backup and detection of remaining lithium battery capacity. DS1312 is suitable for those applications where the supply voltage is between 4.5V and 5.5V.
