High Voltage Bidirectional TVS DevicesThese transient voltage suppression (TVS) devices prevent overvoltage damage to sensitive circuits by lightning, induction and power line crossings. They are breakover–triggered crowbar protectors. Turn–off occurs when the surge current falls below the holding current value.
