This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. â€‹
