It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. The frequency synthesizer features 2 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. â€‹
