As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 4 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 735MHz 2.94912GHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is what is estimated by the test. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator in this case. â€‹
